What is INTROSPECTION?

 How much do you know yourself? Do you know what is your favourite colour? or your favourite rom-com! or your favourite celebrity? Well,i am not talking about all of it! I am talking about your mental, spiritual and emotional side! 

Do you ever sit in a place,quietly,asking yourself questions about your sadness or any other emotion? I am not talking about meditation or other stuff! I am talking about 'INTROSPECTION'. Self Introspection is as basic as food and water, and we , in our everyday lives; skip this basic necessity. we don't know,what we want from our emotional side,what our soul demands of!

Have you ever felt that you are lonely and need to talk to someone? or have you ever found yourself  asking solutions to other people about your problems! huh,then you need to Introspect, because everything in your life has originated from you,and will end in you. Every solution lies inside you. A best friend of yours is'YOU'. 

You are a complete entity in yourself,you don't need anyone in your life to complete you. Of course, you  need people in your life, as Man is a social animal, but  don't give anyone the right to make you happy or sad.You are and You should be the be the reason of your happiness and other emotions.

so, next time if you find yourself in a bad mood,lonely or sad,just peep into your soul,if it demands someone to be in your life or some objects to make you happy, peep more inside you.The sadness or loneliness is not because of the outer world it is because of your inner world,which holds many storms of self-doubt in 'YOU'. Clear the doubts you have about your existence,you would feel the'HEAVEN' on 'EARTH'.
