upset? let's feel better together!

 Hey, it's been long  I haven't posted anything, got a bit taken up! Hope you are doing well! wait, I guess you  too are suffering in some way or the other! That's why the title attracted you to read! Well, no offense, just a cranky guess! :)

Let's first know what's bothering you, is it a broken relationship or a unbroken, lethargic bond of some old friendship, or your random thoughts? be it anything, I may offer you a solution, which may slightly decrease the suffering, or maybe will help you to prevent further ones!!!

OKAY, before I explain you the dosage of  immunity medicine I am offering here, hehe๐Ÿ˜… lemme tell you the solution, in case you get it here, you need not to read the entire blog, else, my reader, you are always welcome!! see, whatever problem you are in, accept the fact that it's gonna be alright, but understand what brought you here, THE INPUT!! what I mean is, if you want to prevent unnecessary thoughts, problems in your life, limit your INPUT! now, if you got what I wanted to say, here you are, with the solution, but if not, read further.

Actually, Mary had a bad stomach, she went to a doctor asking the solution, the doctor asked what did she eat? she replied, curd. Curd doesn't suit her, she didn't knew, doctor asked her not to eat it, that caused her the indigestion. Few days later, Mary took the curd consciously, and faced the indigestion again! whose fault now? Mary's right? 

Similarly,  in order to prevent your emotional, mental or even physical indigestion control your input. control what goes in your head, control the number of people around you, control everything you can, but yes, it's futile to try to control your emotion by repressing or suppressing them, that would do you a good harm!!

Listen, control things you can, what you cannot control, will be controlled on its own, when you control the input. at first, if u got hurt, that's okay, but note that what was your stimuli, for instance your own expectations, but even after knowing it, you don't work on it like Mary didn't,  babe, its your fault, accept it and work on it!
